Museum Library

The Museum of Western Art Library has over 6.000 books and periodicals relating to all aspects of the West. These subjects include:

• Western Art and History

• Artifacts

• Native American Culture

• Cowboys

• Ranching

We also house extensive archival information pertaining to those internationally known Western artists who are members of the Cowboy Artists of America. In addition, we offer:

• A computerized periodical index which is a composite list of articles from most American Western art magazines, and is easy to use.

• An on-line periodical index

• Volunteer librarians who can assist with research.

Call for an appointment, come in and do your own research, or send us your questions.

There is a nominal fee for photocopies and for postage. If extensive time is involved, there may also be an hourly charge.
