The Museum of Western Art would love to host your next event. We offer rentals of the Museum building, as well as our onsite pavilion.
Our Pavilion is the perfect venue for seated dinners, weddings, and birthday parties. The 7,000 square foot venue features a beautiful covered space, multi-stall bathrooms, overhead lighting and ceiling fans, and exposed beams for the easy addition of custom lighting. The Pavilion rests on the top of a hill and offers sweeping views of the city and landscape.
ART MUSEUM RENTALS
Featuring spacious galleries and beautiful western art, our Museum can be an elegant setting for your next event. Comfortably seating around 200 guests, the Museum has the space and ability to host your wedding, dinner or reception. The building features four large galleries, where your event may be held, as well as a back room for catering and event prep.
BOARDROOM & LIBRARY
We have a boardroom and library space that can be rented for your next business meeting or small gathering. Features a 16 foot table, and enough chairs to comfortable seat 12-16 individuals. The space has large doors that can be closed for your privacy.
Our eastern-most gallery is an intimate space for your screening needs. The space features a large projection screen, linen-covered soundproof walls, and the ability to completely darken the space. We have tables, chairs, tablecloths, standup cocktail-type tables and various other amenities available for rental as well. Pricing is dependent on duration of event, number of guests, and amenities requested. We offer discounts to other non-profit organizations.
