We cordially invite you to attend our “41st Annual Roundup Exhibition and Sale” opening
weekend, April 26 - 27, 2024. The Exhibition and Sale will bring together more than
50 top Western Artists presenting more than 140 original works of Western Art. The
exhibition will run through June 8, 2024.


The Events
This year’s exhibition includes two days of art fun, demonstrations and other festivities. Both
days will include daytime educational opportunities, demonstrations, and a chance for the
public to meet and greet with world-class artists.


Friday, April 26, 2024 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. The evening event will feature an exclusive high-end
cocktail preview party and dinner with a chance to meet arti
sts and preview the art
before the exhibition opens to the public. The evening will include a catered steak dinner,
open bar libations, music and artist awards. Dress for the event is Fancy Western Chic.


Saturday, April 27, 2024 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. Cowboy Breakfast, served from a
Chuckwagon with an opportunity to meet with artists.
Saturday, April 27, 2024 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. The evening event will include Cabo Bob’s
Famous Taco Bar, open bar libations, and an art sale featuring more than 140 works of
Western fine art. Come prepared to buy art. Dress for the event is Western Chic.

Sponsorship Opportunities 

Table Sponsor opportunities and individual and couple tickets are on sale now. All tables for the Friday evening event will seat up to eight patrons and include seating at an elegantly decorated table, party favors, special wine and four Family Memberships for guests (upon request).
• Platinum Table Sponsor – $10,000 per table (includes all ticketed events)
• Gold Table Sponsor – $7,500 per table (includes all ticketed events)
• Silver Table Sponsor – $5,000 per table (includes all ticketed events)
• Bronze Table Sponsor – $2,500 per table (includes all ticketed events)

Individual and Couples Tickets:
• Regular Individual Tickets $225 per ticket (includes all ticketed events on both days)
• Couple Tickets $300 per couple (includes family membership and all ticketed events on both days)


 

Individual event tickets are available as follows:
• Friday Evening VIP Roundup event/dinner (Individual tickets, $150 / Couples tickets, $250)

 

 


• Saturday Evening Roundup Art Sale & Cocktail Party (Individual tickets, $100 / Couples tickets, $150)


All presenting sponsors and table sponsors will be guaranteed coordinated seating. The number of tables will be limited. Individual and Couple tickets are sold as first come - first seated tickets with a limited number of seats available.
