40th Annual Roundup Exhibition and Sale - opening weekend

This year’s exhibition includes two days of art fun, demonstrations and other festivities. Both

days will include daytime educational opportunities, demonstrations, and a chance for the

public to meet and greet with world-class artists.

Friday, September 8, 2023 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. The evening event will feature an exclusive highend

cocktail party and dinner with a chance to meet artists and preview the art before the

exhibition opens to the public. A catered steak dinner, open bar libations, music and artist

awards will follow in the Masel S. Quinn Pavilion. Dress for the event is Fancy Western Chic.

Saturday, September 9, 2023 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. The evening event will include Cabo Bob’s

Famous Taco Bar, open bar libations, and a box-draw art sale featuring more than 100 works

of Western fine art. Come prepared to buy art. Dress for the event is Western Chic.
